A Christian understanding of the human person says that people have a natural sense of what they should or should not do. This relates to the idea of conscience; the idea of a person as a whole, body, soul and intellect, trying to make judgments about right and wrong. It is in conscience that a person makes the final choice for their moral path and decisions.
